This is the website of Fusion Labs. Fusion Labs is an incubator of big data and machine learning solutions to specific use cases in the nonproliferation, intelligence analysis and international security domains. These solutions generally have broader application beyond the specific problem that they were developed to solve. As such, the purpose of this site is to showcase these solutions. Fusion Labs anticipates partner organisations, customers and clients would internalise these projects to address their own use cases. As such, each project listed here is set up in such a way that it can be internalised by a partner organisation.

The website also serves to set out a vision of how big data and machine learning can be more fully leveraged in the nonproliferation, intelligence analysis and international security domains. In the projects section, for example, the potential of knowledgegraphs for nonproliferation efforts is set out. Additionally, the website houses a blog-style listing of articles that examine different big data and machine learning issues.

In addition to projects, Dr Stewart in his Fusion Labs capacity also offers some consultancy services. Please refer to the respective areas of the site for details.

The site is maintained by Dr Ian Stewart. Dr Stewart is a nonproliferation specialist who is currently the Executive Director of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Washington DC.
